Service Description
Even if you didn't get your glasses here, we want to help you see the best you can. If you purchased glasses somewhere else and haven't been happy, bring your prescription, your old glasses and your new glasses in to us and we'll troubleshoot the problem for you. As a licensed optician for over 35 years shop owner, Tamra Asmuth*, is generally able to get to the root of the problem. * Please note that Tamra will be away from the shop every other Saturday. In her absence, guest optician Barb Evans will happily help you with all of your eyewear needs.

Cancellation Policy: Time is valuable. If you have to cancel an appointment, please call or send a text message to (585) 461-2020 at least 24 hours in advance so we may help someone else.
