Service Description
If you've been notified that your order is ready to be picked up, schedule a convenient time for us to meet. While you're here, I'll adjust your glasses so they fit just right. If you're a first time multi-focal wearer, we'll go over a few of the finer details of seeing clearly at all distances. And, finally, I'll happily send you home with all you'll need to take care of your new favorite pair of glasses. We can't wait to see the new you!! * Please note that Tamra will be away from the shop every other Saturday. In her absence, guest optician Barb Evans will happily help you with all of your eyewear needs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Time is valuable. If you have to cancel an appointment, please call or send a text message to (585) 461-2020 at least 24 hours in advance so we may help someone else.
